In a relaxed first meeting we get to know each other and discuss your wedding and wishes in detail. We will see if we fit together and how I can best support you during your wedding planning.
2 BOOKING
Our journey begins when you say "yes" to the wedding consulting and therefore, a stress-free wedding day!
3 PLANNING, PREPARATION, DISCUSSIONS
In total, we’ll have 3 sessions: 6 months, 3 months, and 6 weeks before your wedding, where we’ll go over the most important to-do’s and questions. You can bring all your concerns and topics, and I won’t hold anything back. Together, we’ll create the perfect schedule, seating plan, and venue briefing.

What is the difference between you and a wedding planner?A wedding planner plans the entire wedding. This person will suggest different venues that match your vision and budget, research the best photographers and organize details like childcare. In contrast, I am there for bridal couples who plan their wedding themselves. I share tips, tricks and vendor recommendations in advance so that you have everything to plan your day. On the wedding day itself, I will take care of everything making sure your plan is executed perfectly.

Can't our venue take care of all that?The wedding venue and thus the responsible event manager or service manager are primarily there to take care of the catering and service staff. They ensure that the tables are set correctly, the waiters are briefed and drinks and food are served on time. None of this falls into my responsibilities. I am much closer to you, the bride and groom: My mission is making sure you and your guests are happy and that all the details we have discussed are implemented. Many locations do not have enough staff or time for this. How a wedding day coordinator and the venue cooperated differs from wedding to wedding. That's why we discuss the wedding in detail beforehand so that everyone is clear on their tasks. While the venue staff may be setting up the chairs for your wedding, I'll distribute "reserved" signs and make final arrangements with the band. Tasks such as clearing away gifts before the party, coordinating speeches & games from guests, timing the bride's arrival, bringing her the bridal bouquet for the photo shoot .. that's not something your wedding venue will be able to provide for you.

Can't our bridal party do the wedding coordination?Your bridal party is your closest circle. That's why they should be able to enjoy the day as much as you do. Would you like to get ready with your bridesmaids or only be able to see them later because they are busy setting up the decorations? Would you like to see your maid of honor in the front row of the ceremony or at the jukebox playing the exit song? Would you like to see her laughing on the dance floor with you or putting away the presents in the back room? With a wedding day coordinator you not only make sure that you have the time of your life - but all your loved ones too.

Why don't you offer full wedding planning?I want to help as many couples as possible have a stress-free wedding - not just those who can afford a wedding planner. Many bridal couples (or especially the bride🤭) have fun planning their wedding and have been looking forward to the day since childhood. But they are aware that they can't do everything themselves on the wedding day - and that's exactly what I'm here for. If you do still need last-minute planning support in the weeks leading up to the wedding, let me know! I'll be happy to help.

How far do you travel for weddings?I mainly accompany weddings in Munich (my home base), but I'm happy to travel to the end of the world for you 🖤 Just let me know when sending your inquiry and we'll clarify everything else in our first call.
